Dear Sirs or Madam,
I am the mother of 3 children my ex husband and I have been divorced for 5 years now. In the beginning he made threats to kill me and was arrestted 8 or so times for harrasment. The prosicutor in my town adviced me to tape his threating phone calls which I did I also got restraing orders for my home and job. He tried to run me off the road with our daughter in the car. He knew he was being recorded and told the police he did not care. Once was charged with stocking. He is about 30,000.00 in back child support. I have even lowered his support form 160.00 a week to 90.00 trying to help him out. I have meet a man an am planing on getting married in June of this year. This passed weekend on his visit he called me on Sat. April 26 which is actually my weekend but I let him have them. He called and said that if I didn't bring him a little mini bike to him he would take me call cps on me and then he would disappear with are children and that I would not see them. He has threaten this before and a judge told him he can not. I then got a he called my work phone and told me he would put my fiancee in the ground. Then called back on another message and said he would not do anything to Earl. He left another message on my work phone on Sunday night at 11:02 p,m. and said that he is going to call CPS and take me to court to take my children. I asked him what was he going to tell them that I work everyday. Take care of our kids with no finacial help, when I do have issues that concern the kids and ask him to help he tells me that he only see's them every other weekend and for me to deal with it. When he ask about the eye doctor and or the denistit would he pay some child support so I can get things taken care of he tells me give them to him. He is not paying child support. This past weekend when he was calling me some really nasty names and threating to take the kids and I won't find him or them. My children were sitting next to him and he was joking about me being scared and crying and being upset. My six year old daughter told me when we picked them up that I am a C--- and a b---- I am not perfect but I don't allow that kind of talk in my house. Now he says he is going to take me to court, because I can't afford get get there teeth fixed until I get my tax refund or by bonus from my job. I love my children dose he have a case. Should I call CPS on my self so they can come and check out my home. And then maybe the kids can tell what he said in front of them? He dose not have a regular job he lives in the house he is remodeling and that is where the kids go to spend their weekends with him. My daughters don't have a bed of there own the have to sleep with him. I have explained when the children get older and if they want to live with him that would be possible if he has a stable residence for them to go to school. I don't think I am beinging unreasonable. Please tell me what I can do to stop him from the harrament.
