Good Afternoon:
Last year in May I was charged with a "Hit and Run" misdemeanor, there were no serious injuries, in fact I hit a light pole, that's about it. The judge gave me a PBJ (Probation Before Judgement) and some fines. Recently this year I got a DWI, with a BAC of .19. I know I have violated my probation, for this I need to know what my penalties are going to be?
Another question I have is: IF I get a PBJ again for the DWI (this is my first) is that considered a conviction, and will it violate my probation?
