My soon-to-be ex-husband and I are going to court on Monday to finish our pro-se divorce. We have no children, and all of our property we have settled ourselves in a separation agreement. Neither of us are asking for anything alimony-wise, we just need him to sign and get this over with. Do we need to bring any other documents with us? What is the procedure in the court? Do either of us have to actually present a case?
