Hello. I am currently new to this as I haven't had any problems until now. I live in Tennessee. My issue is with this retard on youtube. He's posted two videos ABOUT ME with ME in them:

I don't even know how he got one of them as I never put it on youtube. He does NOT have my permission to post either one of them. The name that he is using makes it seem like my name. He's turn me into some terrorist. He's harassed me in comments. He has edited the video 400% more than it ever was and made me look like a complete fool. I have tried to contact youtube, but they say there is no reason for them to do anything. So I was hoping to ONE MORE time contact them, I just need to know what I should say that would get their attention enough to delete the videos or suspend the users account. Any help at all I would be sincerely grateful.
