Preventing grandparent visits

Can I prevent my daughter from seeing my mother when she is at her dads during his granted custody time? She is very mentally unstable and a drunk and I just found out she went behind my back to get my daughter for a few hours from her dad and possibly even told my sister (who was present) to keep it a secret from me. I've been considering getting a restraining order for harassment as well.

Unless you can prove that your mother represents an actual threat, you cannot control who Dad allows to see the child during his parenting time.
