My boyfriend signed my daughters birth certificate knowing that he was not her biological father. He left me when she was 6 days old. She is three weeks old now. Can he get his name removed? I am pursuing child support. Will he have to pay? I live in Missouri.

Unless he can provide the name of real Father and get court to order paternity testing no he cant. He is on the hook for support for a child he knew he did not Father. In addition both you and he are not guilty of fraud

You're wrong, shrinkmaster. This child is only 3 weeks old - Dad has every right to rescind the AOP and the statute will support him doing so. He's still well within the rescission time line.
And further, if the court allowed him to challenge paternity at a later date, he doesn't have to provide anything relating to the biological father.
