I am waiving my right to the house and soon to be ex's business. How do I put this in writing (predivorce) so I can get it notarized?

A notarized document will be of no probative value in court.

I suggest you retain an attorney, or Google "DIVORCE PROCESS (YOUR STATE AND COUNTY)", if you are doing this pro se.

If your soon to be "ex" has counsel, contact his/her counsel and tell his/her attorney what you wish to do.

Most county court web sites will offer instructions on how to complete certain motions and or forms.
