I screwed up and put my X gf pictures that we took together on myspace! She put them on my computer with me. An we made copies so we would not loose them. We had a bad break up and not in my right mind I posted them on myspace under a new profile I made up. I added her as a friend on that profile and only her. She was the only person able to see them and I took them back off the same day. She told me since I took them off she would not do anything. But then a few days later ! We had been talking and then she just got mad and stopped talking to me. I again not in my right mind called her up late at night and made threats! So she then called the cop's and turned me in for all of it! I don't know what the Kentucky or fed. law states about posting nude pictures that was voluntary taken. She new I had them and never said anything to me about them! What can I do? An what can she have done to me?

Get a grip. It's over. Leave her alone and stop acting like a pervert. Anything posted on the 'net never gets erased.

Don't do it again. Stop communicating with her. How would you like to see your nude body on the Internet? Stop, before it's too late. In fact, it might already be too late. Don't keep compounding the crime. You might also get your bail money together. There could be some very angry armed people with badges looking to make your acquaintance. I hope the ex wasn't a minor. That is a crime, too.

She is over 21yrs old and it was 2 or 3 months ago! Nothing after all that. I have stopped long time ago. Just asked to know if I should still keep watching for the cop's! People post things like this all the time. I'm not proud of it! I did not even know what I was doing at the time. Had been drinking for days at the time. I even tried to kill my self over all of it. I never would have done it how I am now. An never will again!!

Yea, just stop talking to her and hopefully it will all go away. If not do not answer any questions wihtout an attorney, Not the first one because as you know anything you say will be held against you.

I doubt anything will happen. Just take down the pictures and let this all go away. The police usually have far more important issues to deal with, especially after the problem has been remedied.
