If you do that in California, most definitely.

I suspect the same holds true in most - if not ALL - states.

It's not like I was going to pull people over...
My father's friend got put in the hospital for that kind of crap.

My plan was to go behind my parked car with the LEDs on the back of my bike, and make it look like I tried to pull a car over.
I live in a pretty sleepy town. I think most people would take humor to it.

But you say you're a cop supervisor, and I respect that you know more about these kinds of things than me (and what could happen in those situations).
