I recently had someone come into my business that worked for a large company and said they fell in the back room - I did not see them fall however they insisted on going out by 911. At the time I didn't have any insurance however the person's company is fairly large and had workman's comp. I was told by the company that his injury's were minimal. Now I have received a letter from his attorney asking me about liability insurance which at the time i had none, nor do i own the building. I don't really have any personal assets - how worried do I need to be?

Are you saying that someone was injured on your premises?

If so, how and why were they injured?
