You actually got quite a few responses in your other thread. I don't think the answers have changed. Your friend needs an attorney.

Since you work in the child support division in NJ, can't you find someone in your department who can help? It seems that you would have more viable resources than an internet forum. Why don't you ask around?

i do work for child support but i dont know any atty and cant afford atty thats how come im asking on here to see if they can give free advice
