I have been married for 12 yrs. We have 4 kids (2,9,11, & 13). My wife recently started seeing another man. She says she needs to find herself. She agreed to stop seeing him and try to work on us. But I recently found out that she is still talking to him. Can I make her leave the house, since she is the one cheating. Please help, I have no idea what to do. But I don't want to be away from my kids.

Divorce laws vary by state. I would hire a PI to follow her before you do anything. Your attorney can tell you a good one.

You cannot really make her leave the house. Alot of this depends on what state you are in. Personally if I were you I would be talking to a divorce attorney and getting some sort of seperation agreement worked out.
