please help me, I really need your help

Hi, I loaned someone $1200.00 in Nov 2006. They paid back $500.00, but they stopped paying me 9 months ago. I have a signed, notarized loan agreement, but my big problem is that I don't have his street address, I just have a PO Box. I also have his drivers license number.
I am sure I would need the street address before I can go to small claims court so he could be served. How can I legally get his street address?? He lives in Richmond VA & I live in Williamsburg VA. Or if u could tell me who I need to go see would a lawyer, police dept., or court help me with this?

I have asked so many people including court, police dept. & retired lawyers
& can't seem to get a straight answer. :nuts

You might try using some online services which help locate people.......They are sometimes really accurate. Sometimes they get an older address. Just Google the search person sites and read reviews of each one. You might get a good lead given the information you have on last known location...etc. It is worth a try……..cops can't reveal it to you.
