I went through a RIDE program on thursday night after consuming some alcohol. officer asked me to do a roadside test, which i did and failed. was arrested and taken to police station where i performed 2 other breath tests. one at was 148 and the other was 136. i was kept overnight and released the following morning at 7:55am. although the police paperwork states i was released at 7:55pm....

what i want to know is....is it best if i just plead guilty to the over 80 and get it over with...or fight it? I admitted to drinking to the officer...i never lied to him about anything.

i received a 90 day suspension but read that if i'm convicted or plead guilty i receive an automatic 1 year suspension among other things.....

please advice me the best route for me to go. i really need my license and i've never even so much as got a seatbelt ticket before :(

Those mistakes on the ticket won't help you.

At this point, the best thing for you to do is hire an attorney.

That might not even help, but it's the only thing you have left.

You're going to lose your license and your insurance rates will triple or quadruple.

Fasten your seat belt, the ride is gonna get very bumpy!!!
