I work for a small company that places all employees on salary exempt status. We are non-supervisors and the majority of us work on aircraft as avionics technicians. Most of us travel which increases compensation so technically, I would guess, we qualify as "Highly Compensated". We do however work on average in the neighborhood of 60hrs a week. I was wondering if this is legal or should we be on salary making overtime. We are a subcontractor and the Prime pays its technicians hourly and they do receive OT. Thank you and sorry if this is a repost. I tried to post earlier and lost internet connection due to thunderstorms.
