Picking and Dropping Children Off with ex

I posted another thread and a lot of people have looked but not responded. I'm just looking for an opinion. If my order states "Exchanges will be made after daycare/school," would that time continue during the summer after school is out. No other time is listed. My ex insists it means after HE gets off work at 5. I arranged some continuing ed classes with the "after school" time of 3:15. He takes me back to court on every little thing. Do you think I've mistinterpreted the order? Like I said, just looking for some opinions.

I don't think either of you are wrong. The order isn't clear. "After school/daycare" could be 3 or 10...See what I mean?? The order needs to be clarified in court. Until clarification happens, hire a sitter until Dad can pick the child up.

I have hired a babysitter, but I doubt he will travel 25 miles to pick them up...so 10:00 pm it's gonna be. He picks them up from school right now at 3:15, so I don't see what the big deal is. Oh well...thanks.
