I am a photographer. I took some pictures of the state quarters and was wondering if there would be any copyright or trademark I might be infringing on. I would like to sell theme and hoping there are no laws to prevent me on doing so.

Also I took pictures of Legos and was wondering if there would be a problem if I tried to donate them to one of the Lego Stores.

I live in Illinois if that make any difference.

Thanks and I appreciate any feedback.

Your pictures are from your creativity and byproducts of your belongings or temporal belongings, public stuff......etc. I think you are okay. There is no law against taking such pictures...........It is your first amendment right in this case since you are not stepping on anyone's property rights......The public has equal rights in such an instant.....You could get a second opinion to make sure.
