Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI PFJ with DUI

Can a PFJ be used for a DUI in NC? If so how would that work?

No. A PFJ is only for minor traffic tickets.

I didn't think so....a friend of my husbands was gonna try to use that plea....I told him (his friend) that he would not be able to use that......I thought it was for speeding tickets and such. Thanks.
