I am a US citizen residing in Virginia. I have returned from a long stay in the Philippines. I got married in the Philippines. Now I would like to petition my wife to come to the United States. I have felony convictions - grand larceny, credit card theft, credit card fraud, and breaking and entering. Will these types of convictions prevent me from having an IR-1 visa approved?

You have the right to petition.
I'd be guessing if I knew what those immigration goofs would do these days.
Give it a whirl, you've nothing to lose.
If it doesn't work, you can always go back to the PI.
Its not a bad place, and the US dollar still has some clout over there.
