Q1. does the childs time with the non custodial parent during summer and holiday vacation periods count towards the percentage of time, when calculating child support? Q2. non custodial parent has every other weekend, 3hrs midweek, 3 days of spring break and 4 weeks during summer can anybody tell me the percentage?

Any overnights would count towards parenting time. Just count how many overnights the NCP has abd that should give you your answer.

argument to you....

i have 70% custody, it could be that i might have to pay CS. my argument is going to be that during school, it is on my dime, i pay for the meals, clothing, rides to and fro, kids academics, and because i have more income i have to pay CS each month, for what? everyother weekend, 4 weeks during summer, what am i paying?
