I just won an auction on Ebay, but the Seller does not accept Paypal,
I'm trying to pay with my credit card. He told me

Please complete ebay checkout and use any following payment methods:

- VISA/Amex/MasterCard/Discover DIRECTLY via https://www.auctioncheckout.com or back up server at https://www.ussecurepay.com/digitworlds/auction.htm also you may click on any AuctionCheckout button in listing.

Is it safe to pay in any of these websites?

I don't know but credit card payments are much safer than ANY type of cash transfer. You can always deal with fraud using a credit card but with cash... it's gone. See the other e-bay threads here. As you can see, ebay is rampant with fraud and especially with Western Union payments. On the bright side you do have a physical address which, even though it's a PO Box, it is more than others might have. It is not unusual for people to ask you to use their own credit card authorization for purposes of costs. A prior business I had used to run one of these and we accepted credit card payments and put through transactions like these through our site as opposed to paying money to paypal.
