my daughters father died when she was five months old he is not on the birth cirtificate. his family had his blood saved by the corenors office in OH for this reason* but they require a court order to have it released. we have tried but dont know what to do in order to obtain this due to who has jurisdiction since the child now lives in Fl with me please help* dont have a lot of money but this is not right my child is unable to recive ss benefits until this is resolve pleeese help :angel
