I have a freind that just recieved a supeona from the state of kentucky for a paternity test. It appears that the child is around 7 years of age. How does he go about getting a paternity test done? Does he have to go to Kentucky to do this or can he do it here in the state of Georgia? Also if it turns out he is the father of the child does he have any legal rights to this child and how does he go about getting that set into motion?
