Hello again, Just a simple question, reguarding this case with my sons deceased fathers mother, she is forcing me to get a dna test done to prove her dead son fathered my baby before he passed on,we have a date scheduled for the testing but i am hestiant.. First i have had nothing but problems with this family and denial of the relationship and the pregnancy, :mad:but when i recieved the court order it states that 5 copies of the results be mailed out, both parties ,courthouse and both attorneys, is this a standard procedure to have that many copies of my life in the circulation?? i thought that only the judge would recieve the results and then state them in the hearing.. is it possible to have the results only givin to the judge and i be allowed to see the reaction of the other party when she finds out that her son did father my child? it is important to me to see the reaction for she never wanted this outcome for me to be tied to the family. How do i ask for the results to be givin in person and not mailed????:mad:
