my daughters father died when she was five months old he is not on the birth certificate. his family and i had his blood save at eh coroners office for this reason but now they require a court order to realease it for testing. his blood sample is in the state of OH and we now live in FL* pleeesee help without this test she is unable to recive any ss benifits*
