My friend and I created a partnership and developed a computer program. In order to use the program it must be registered through the website.
My partnership went sour and this friend/partner who ran the website on his server, changed the passwords and will not give me access. In order to review what sales have been made I need to access the database on the website. Apparently there have been sales he does not want me to see.
What is the best legal avenue to follow at this point?
