What's the point in having a parenting plan if the judge don't enforce it..parenting plan not being followed and judge is overriding it..what can I do..also how can a judge give the father credit toward child support for travel to take child to parades..which the father agreed to child's activity..

If you dislike the outcome of a particular case, you are always free to appeal the matter.

You're also free in family court matters to bring your motion to be heard before the court to modify a parenting plan, to request a modification in a child support award, to litigate anything and everything as many times as you desire.

That said, you'll soon discover that judges tend to dislike that approach.

Its much better for the parents and the child, if the adults can work it out without court intervention or assistance. The child in such a situation is said to be happier and better adjusted.
