My husband and I were recently married. He has a child from a previous marriage but, his ex wifes parental rights were terminated. His mother now has custody of his daughter. She recently filed to terminate his rights. We have completed all court ordered requirements to get his daughter back but we just got our house 3 months ago. By court requirements we have to have a stable home for 6 months. If everything that was required by law to be completed is completed but not the living arrangments will that affect us getting custody restored to us?
