I work in the timeshare industry. We are now considered employees instead of independent contractors. We get minimum wage or our commissions which ever is larger. After I sat on a table and procured a sale I was told that I went to the wrong table. My punishment was to take away my commission and give it to the person who should have been on the table. I did the work they got the commission. Is this legal? they could give her one of my next tables instead of robbing me of my hard earned money.
