Aug 6, 2010 #2 P Patricia_Young New Member The nonreporting of the wage and not withholding the applicable taxes is definitely illegal. Regarding the overtime: Are you a nonexempt employee (simplistically, paid hourly)? What type of business is this (not its name, please)?
