Overtime exemption

Getting ready for the changes to come, when looking at the minimum "salary" requirements for someone who is exempt, is anything else taken in to consideration, or is it strictly salary. More specifically if a person is furnished a company auto, could the taxable value be considered as part of their total "salary?"
 
Seems to me there are special rules for company autos but I don't remember what they are. DAWW?
