Over worked

My wife works at a retail store the mgr. on salary pay and she is required to work 52 hours a week but has been working 60 to 90 this week since she has become mgr. She has been stressed to the point of having to go see a dr. has cause a strain on on marriage that lead to divorce and is causing a strain on my next relationship but to make a long story short I gave my job more consideration to my job then I did for myself to the point of having physical injury trying to stop a shoplifter and now my job is in jerapody for no no reason of mine I just need some advise on what I can do I gave them more consideration than I did to myself and I don't think it's fair I just need some help it's hard out here to give all u have and still lose it's not fair!!
