I am working as an outside contractor for a company where I get paid 100 percent commission on the net profit of projects sold. I have sold 4 jobs and have seen only the cost of one of the jobs. I've only gotten paid on 2 of the 4 and want to know my rights. Should I not be entitled to a complete breakdown of the cost to do a job? And also what is the definition of an outside contractor? I feel often that I am doing work that would be considered employee type of work.
