my daughter lives with her mom, we both have equal custody. my daughter is completely out of control. she refuses to listen to her mom. her mom called me tonight and asked me to go get her and make her live me. my daughter dosnt want to live me because i make her mind and go to school. can me or her mom get into any trouble legally by making her come live with me against her will???

Time to take custody of your daughter and enfore some strict rules and take away all privelegges to get her to listen.
