How often do the Family Courts actually punish the offenders of an Court Order? While filing an OSC-Contempt is available, does they (courts) impose sanctions, cmmnty service or worse it; jail time?

Have someone whom is an "ex" that continues to NOT follow the court order and fails to adhere, despite the judges warning them to follow it.

It really depends on the nature of the contempt.

What is the ex not doing?

If s/he is withholding visitation for example, that can eventually end up with custody being switched.

There is no clear answer to your question. It depends on the nature and frequency of the violation, his reasons for the violation(s), and the policy and/or practice of the local court.

And if the violation is sufficiently egregious, perhaps the police will act on it. Showing up late for custody exchange will not likely get the police to react. His taking the kids out of the county and for a week longer than his weekend (in violation of a court order) may well result in criminal charges.
