Can I sue for emotional distress, hostile work environment, racial discrimination, and violation of union contract, due to an on job injury that was reported on February 3, 2014 to management?

Your only recourse against your employer for a job related injury is workers compensation insurance. What happened when you reported the injury in 2014?

As for everything else a question that begins with the word "can" must often be answered "yes" because the word "can" denotes a persons ability to do something, not whether that something will be successful.

So, yes, you can sue for all that other stuff. Whether you'll be successful or not is impossible to predict.

Consult an attorney.

WC is your exclusive remedy as far as your injury is concerned. The violations you mention have nothing to do with an injury. If you explain the circumstances, what happened, when, and to whom you already reported it, we can point you in the right direction.
