Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant ok i texted someone and they called the cops

they called the cops and made a report then the cop called me and left a message and told me this " will the owner of this phone please call this number " what if i dont call the number ? the cops don't know my name or anything like that cause it is a prepaid phone

Don't call back.

You should also stop calling/texting that person so you don't get yourself in a mess. Yes, there is a point that making phone calls/sending text messages can become a criminal act.

I would get another phone and do as mighty said and stop communications with that person.

Don't answer the message.

it wasn't a cop, but don't answer it, and stop texting people and pissing them off.
