I'm 63 receiving SS Disability & NYS Workers Comp; together they equal about $2,400 per month (about $29,400 per year). My alimony is $1,000 per month based on earning $55,000 per year (laid-off when company downsized). I'm behind in payments & need to get a downward adjustment or maintenance stopped all together. I have paid faithfully for 8 of 10 years. On the Financial Disclosure must I include the Workers Compensation payment since it is not taxable? I don't want to lie or hide anything and don't want to tell my ex more than I have to.

THANKS

Sure, full disclosure. Your income has decreased by $20,000. Together the social security and the workman's comp isn't a fortune anyway. I'm sure your support payments will also decrease. Besides, you're disabled, and this is the best you can do.
