MY wife moved to Utah about 2yrs. ago before that she filed for divorce and gave custody to the father of here 5yr.son she signed a visitation order that she could see him only in flora IL. not knowing that she would be moving ,we have offered to pay for his trip out here to Utah but he will not let him come out to visit her and we can not afford to drive our family back there what do I have to do to get the visitation changed to where he has to let him come out here to visit his mom and his new brother and sister,s thanks you for your help

and her other 2 children is a different story and will be much harder to get custody of!!!!

If the father still lives in Illinois, your wife will have to file for a modification in Illinois. This will be difficult if she can't afford to travel there. I suggest you contact an attorney in the area about representing her in a modification hearing.

couldn't i do this and just see if the court will make a arrangements to take her statement here at the local court house

You really shouldn't be doing anything unless you're an attorney. Your wife has to handle this, although you can certainly get information for her.

I doubt that she can file and participate from Utah, but she can call the county courthouse in Illinois and ask.
