Recently my roommate and I were both terminated from our job at a casino. I have accumulated 46 hours of pto and she had 31 and our employer is refusing to pay this to us. They said they fired us for walking off the job meanwhile we took an early quit which we are allowed to do because they run on a point system. You have 10 points for the year that you can do what you like with. We both still had points available. Is there anything that can be done about our pto. If it makes a difference we are in Pennsylvania. Thanks.
