My husband is a noncustodial parent and pays child support every month to his ex. His ex however, is sending his children to live with her parents for the summer out of state, does he still have to pay his ex when she is not the one in custody of his children. Also, my husbands ex has full custody of the kids, however my husband and I watch the kids 3 to 4 time a week and none of these are documented or recognized by the court, how much difference in payments does this matter?

Watching the kids for how long? A few hours several times a week isnt going to effect support order. Your husband, not you, can seek a modification of support or to change payee for Summer if children are not going to be home but even that is stretch

we actually have the kids overnight, picking them up from school and taking them to school the next morning, also we have them every other weekend for the entire weekend including taking them to school on monday.
