Are there any legal ramifications when the non-custodial parent dresses her 9 year old son like a girl?

My ex wife has alternate weekend visitation and several weeks back, she decided that it would be good entertainment to dress our son like a girl and took pictures of him. Is this something that could strip some visitation rights away or create a supervised visitation situation or even request a psych eval?
Her mother, step father, and her sister were all there laughing and no one found anything wrong with this. When I questioned her about it she ultimately said, "there's nothing wrong with it and I'd do it again". (It has not happened again).

He is 9. He's the type of kid that kind of goes with the flow. I asked him if he wanted to and he said, "no", but he didn't really protest either. But, his 7 year old brother did.

It seems that your 9 year old had the option to refuse if the 7 year old did.

This is not a reason to modify visitation.

Define "dressing our son like a girl".

A dress, hair clips, clip on earrings, make-up...followed up by pictures for their enjoyment.

I was out last October (;)) and saw many boys dressed like girls...I am sure none of their parents had their parental rights restricted. I "personally" believe that you are over-reacting to a harmless bit of fun...Please don't turn this into more than it is.

If you provide your state i will search for some case law...But I really doubt there will be anything to support you desire to cut Mom out of children's lives over a bit of silliness.
