no visitation but pay child support

So my husband pays child support and has joint custody of his son but he never gets to see his son. The mother ignores our phone calls and wont let him come stay with us. He has only seen his son once in the last four years, i would like to know who he shoul contact to get visitation rights.

He will need to go back to the original court and ask them to enforce the order.

If there is no order for visitation (CS is separate), he needs to get one.
If there is one, and Mom is ignoring it, he needs to file for contemp of court.

It would be wise to do short visits at first while the child gets re-acquainted with dad.

Good luck, I have a court order for visitation and I am constantly denied rights. No one is willing to enforce the court order. I am filing for contemp of court, but of course that does not make me feel better when my kids call every day wanting to know when I am coming to get them because they miss me.
