No legal father

Howdy form sw fl my husband of eight years wants to adopt my son who is 17 years old he is the only father he has ever had. I had him when i was very yound and had nothing to do with his bio. so he ain't even on the birth cert. so what do we do. :angel

File adoption papers...you can just say he was the biological father since one is not on the birth certificate!
