No father is listed on my sons birth certificate

My son was born in August of 2007 and his father is not listed on birth certificate and was gone since I found out I was prenate. Now I am married and my husband would like to take resposibilty as to now we are having another child and would like his children to both have his last name and have legal rights as father. how can we go about this. We now live in the state of wyoming

Get an attorney and do a step-parent adoption. Pretty quick and easy.
