No Compensation Plan

I am a sales manager based in TX. My employer is in MO. My compensation is 75% base salary and 25% commission based on gross sales. For 2 years now the company has refused to provide me with a commission schedule showing how my commissions are calculated. Prior to the past 2 years I had a written commission schedule and I knew exactly what we were earning.

The company has paid commissions but I have no idea how they are calculated.

Is the company legally required to provide me a compensation plan since part of my income is based on commission based on performance?

We also have sales managers in IL and NJ that have the same issue.
