i worked for my employer, and then did a no call no show , and now a month later they still haven't paid me my final check . is there something i can do about it or am i not allowed my final paycheck ?

Georgia really doesn't have a law re when final paycheck must be paid. They also have no state agcy. to file a wage claim with. Generally, if you do not receive your check within a reasonable period of time, you can file a wage claim with the US DOL or sue in small claims court. You might send your employer a letter noting that if you do not receive your check, you will do one of the above.

Have you asked your employer about your final check?

1st thing is to ask them. They might be just waiting for you to pick it up. Yes you are allowed your final check. You have to be paid for your work.
