there is a new law dealing with the lashara something law stating that just because the other parent finds a new job or gets married they can move the kids away from the other parent
do anyone have any info on this matter...

I'm unaware of a law that permits this unilaterally. From my understanding, the custodial parent bears the burden of proving to the court that (1) the relocation is for a legitimate purpose and (2) that the proposed location is reasonable. This is case law in NY.

Here is a synopsis:

Policy between states differs with regard to preserving the continuity of the relationship between the child and the non-custodial parent. Some states will limit movement of the custodial parent unless there is a very good reason to justify the move. Those states will typically require prior notice by the custodial parent before the move date and the court will determine whether the situation justifies a move. If the noncustodial parent has limited contact with the child, it is more likely that the court will permit the move and vice versa.
