Hello:

The new Apostille process is an absolute blocker for my work every day and I am wondering how others are handling this change with foreign authorities.

As many of you must know the US DEPT of STATE decided to to go electronic with the gold seal.

I have 185 subsidiaries globally and I have had to fight, explain and beg authorities to understand this change.
Non-US countries love gold seals, embossed seals, ORIGINALS that appear to be originals. This is killing me.
Any advice on how to convince non-US authorities to accept this is MOST welcome.

You might desire to reach out to YOUR ELECTED FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, as in President, Vice-President, US Congress person, one or both US SENATORS. Finally, the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio can be very helpful, if he's approached and NOT traveling on the planet Earth!


If you're a member of an organization that supports your livelihood/business, get IT/THEM involved in lobbying the officials noted hereinabove! If you got the local voters involved, they might be of great value to your campaign. Government begins at the local level, citizen.

Then you also likely have in-house attorneys and probably relationships with LOTS of outside attorneys in the U.S. and other countries who would be a far better source of information about this very niche subject than anonymous strangers on the internet (many of whom are not lawyers) - especially since your lawyers know what your business is, whereas you provided us with zero information.
