A beneficiary in a Nevada Trust is being denied the right to meet with a trustee that Refuses all contact or interaction of any kind.
My response is to send 'Certified Mail" quoting the Trust Instrument as well as the "Uniforn Trust Code" in an effort to elighten the Trustee on the Fiduciary Responsibility that they accepted and signed for at the time of appointment.
What can/should I do in response to an intentionally non-communicative trusstee that chooses to place the welfare of the First mentioned beneficiary of the Trust instrument at Financial Risk for lack of interest in performing fiduciary obligation ?
